PLANTS portrays the reciprocal relationship between humankind and our Earth, and embodies the healing power of Nature.

Our health is directly impacted by our environment. The basic necessities that keep us alive are reliant on it: air, water, and food. We depend on our atmosphere for the air we breathe, our lakes, rivers, streams, and springs for water to quench our thirst, and fertile soils for nourishment.

These three pillars of our health face constant threats due to human activities. Pollution, climate change, and the use of harmful chemicals such as glyphosates endanger the purity of our air, water, and soil, robbing them of their vitality.

Nature, however, possesses innate self-organizing and healing processes. It unites all living beings in a harmonious symphony, fostering conditions for us to collectively thrive.

Health is the harmonious integration of the body, mind, and spirit with Nature.

Driven by curiosity at the intersection of Nature and humanity, guided by subculture and her upbringing with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Cristina introduces a unique adventure for the mind, body, and spirit for holistic well-being.

PLANTS offers an immersive experience created by Dr. Cristina to foster a profound connection with our Earth through health care, education, and craft. This multidisciplinary collection stimulates kinship with Nature, rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and champions the autonomy of healthcare. From paintings, to furoshiki dyed with marigolds, Dr. Cristina’s lifestyle medicine brand Field Guide, and a sanctuary for Naturopathic Medicine treatments including acupuncture and cupping, PLANTS invites you to embark on a transformative journey towards holistic health and a deeper bond with our Earth.
