I almost posted that I was running out of time to run around outside barefoot and quickly remembered I still do it in the winter too!

Here's a pic of me collecting maple leaves so I can reattempt that spin on lomo al trapo dish I posted about, at home on my coal BBQ.

Walking barefoot on natural surfaces like soil, sand, and grass engages foot and leg muscles that aren't engaged as much from wearing shoes, and helps to improve balance.
