Physical Activity Versus Stillness

 

As much as I love exploring, I struggle with traveling long distances. I'm not good at sitting in confined spaces for long periods of time and sleep feels impossible. I go stir crazy.

No better cure for that stagnant feeling than to be active ASAP after landing. I often plan my trips with the intention to get involved in some sort of physical activity whether it be a swim, a hike, or in this case, snowsurf. It's also handy to minimize jetlag and post travel infection.
