HEIRLOOMS

My favourite roadside stand is back in season!

Heirlooms are an important part of preserving biodiversity. Each is genetically unique and has adapted to particular growing conditions. As food production moves towards the use of a few varieties of genetically modified plants, they are more susceptible to epidemics.

Help support the genetic diversity that these heirlooms afford us and also enjoy the benefits of their tastiness.
